We are recruiting startups and companies wishing to exhibit at the Gyeonggi Startup Summit 2025, a festival of global innovation and expansion. The festival will help startups showcase their products and services locally and internationally. We encourage all startups to apply.

Organizer’s Approval

After receiving your application, the Secretariat will confirm participation eligibility based on product category and order of submission.

Application Information

Eligibility	Startups (local and international), involved in innovative technologies (AI, robotics, mobility, bio, etc.)
Event Period	October 1 (Wed) ~ October 2 (Thu), 2025
Venue	Suwon Convention Center (Gwangyo)
Application Window	June 18 (Wed) ~ August 14 (Thu), 2025
Documents to Submit	• (Required) Business Registration Certificate copy • (Required) Company logo (AI file or high-resolution PNG file) • (Required) PDF catalogue or flyers about products and/or services you wish to showcase • (Required) Up to 4 images about products and/or services you plan to showcase (JPG file with resolution of 150 dpi or higher) • Submit 3 photos if you participated in any exhibitions in 2024 or 2025
Support Provided	Basic exhibition booth provided free to showcase and promote your startup’s products or services.
